- Messages you send us on WhatsApp — so we can help with your order or return.

We do not ask for or store bank or card details. Cash on Delivery orders need no payment information at all.

- To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, delivery or return.
- To improve our store and service.

Who we share it with
Only our courier partners, and only what they need to deliver your parcel (name, phone, address). We never sell or rent your personal information.
