Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026

By shopping at Gulnoori you agree to these terms.

Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Minor differences in packaging, or in how a shade appears on your screen, may occur.

Orders
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock) and will inform you promptly.

Product use
Our foundation is a cosmetic product. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Limitation of liability
Our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from product use.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store means you accept the updated terms.
