7-day returns
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions
- The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, send us a video or clear pictures showing the issue on WhatsApp: +92 312 1947390. This keeps the process fair for everyone.

Damaged in shipping
If your parcel arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with an unboxing video or photos.

How refunds work
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please share your account details on WhatsApp after your return is approved.
